Business Advisory Services, Houston, Texas, is a business advisory and real estate firm. Real estate services are provided by Shams Siddiqui, a licensed Texas real estate agent sponsored by The Sears Group. This policy covers businessadvisory.services, our chat assistant, our text messages and our phone line at (713) 565-1317.

• Forms you fill in: name, phone, email, what you want to buy, sell or finance, and the answers you give
• The chat assistant: what you type, so we can answer and follow up
• Phone calls to our line: the number you call from and, where we say so at the start of the call, a recording
• NDA signatures through PandaDoc: your name, email, signature and the time you signed
• Cookies and similar tools, only after you accept them on the banner: pages visited, device and browser type, and the campaign that brought you here

To answer you, to send you listings and information you asked for, to verify NDAs before sharing confidential listing information, to pre-qualify financing requests you make, to run and improve the site, and to meet the record keeping rules that apply to licensed real estate work in Texas.

We text only if you check the text box or reply to a text from us. Messages come from (713) 565-1317. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Our website chat and, when live, our text and phone assistants use artificial intelligence. They say so when the conversation starts. They can look up public listing information, take your details and book a call. They do not release confidential documents; a person does that after checking your NDA. You can ask for a person at any time.

Some calls are recorded for training and record keeping. Where a call is recorded, you hear a notice at the start.

Service providers who act on our instructions: BoldTrail (our client database), Resend (site email), PandaDoc (NDA signing), Google (calendar and hosting), our analytics and advertising tools after you accept cookies, and our lending partners when you ask us to pre-qualify you. We do not sell your information.

For as long as you are a client or prospect, then as long as Texas real estate record rules require. You can ask us to delete what the law does not require us to keep.
